Our production & Storage facility is well located in south of Jebel Ali Free Zone. Jebel Ali is an important Gateway hub that enables trade across the region and beyond. It is a vital link in the global trade network, connecting eastern and western markets with North Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia. It is the largest seaport in the Middle East and ranks among the top 10 container ports of the world. The port’s container handling capacity has grown from 18 million TEU (twenty-foot equivalent units) to 22.4 million TEU. Jebel Ali Port has been voted “Best Seaport – Middle East” for 24 consecutive years.
Our production facility has sophisticated open and closed warehouses to store raw materials, consumables, packing materials and designated area for finished goods.Our warehouses are equipped with proper fire suppression systems, liquid containment, and safety equipment. Our quality assurance program also includes a comprehensive safety manual with detailed policies and procedures specific to chemical handling. Our highly‐trained staff is familiar with DOT, IATA, and 49CFR hazmat training and NFPA fire protection requirements.
We have an in-house logistics team completely capable of handling containerized as well as break bulk cargo. We have excellent relationship with reputed shipping lines and are able to offer most competitive ocean freight rates to our customers.Our logistics team works closely with the packaging department to ensure excellent quality of palletization & optimal use of container area so as to stuff maximum possible cargo under safe conditions.
Our warehouses are fully compliant with local laws and safety requirements and open for inspection by our customers so that they can satisfy themselves that materials supplied to them are stored in conformance with best practices.
